Facts about Glaucoma

Glaucoma is an eye disease that results in damage to the optic nerve. When left untreated, glaucoma will cause blind spots in your visual field and eventually lead to blindness. Everyone is at risk, and there might not be any symptoms. There is no cure for this disease yet.

There are more than 3 million glaucoma patients in the United States, and it is one of the leading causes of blindness. Globally, 60 million people had glaucoma in 2010. Given the aging of the world's population, this number may increase to almost 80 million by 2020.

Message from I-SEE Loyal Tech

I-SEE Loyal Tech is a pre-seed stage medical device company. We strive to improve glaucoma patients' lives by preserving their vision with our novel medical device. Our patent pending technology intends to help both eye doctors and glaucoma patients by providing a home-used portable tonometer that could monitor patients' eye pressure at different body postures. Our data service embedded in our technology would track patients' eye pressure, and doctors would be able to provide feedback and advice for patients based on the data service.

ISEE Loyal tech is selected as a participant for 2017 Medical Device Innovation Challenge (MDIC) hosted at CNY Biotech Accelerator. Now we are working with CNYBAC to make a difference.
